Two Words: Over-exaggeration

Two Words: Over-exaggeration An apple a day keeps the doctor away

Warning, rant alert. Weight has always been an ever-present issue, some of us constantly checking what we eat and sometimes those that do not eat at all. The thing that really gets on my tush is people, who quite obviously don’t have a weight issue (and are fully aware they don’t), constantly moaning that they are too “fat” or need to loose some weight.

These people really are just seeking one thing- attention. Let us all go on a diet. It is really cool “ya” know. I am by no means against healthy living but seriously - your ‘moobs’ look fine. You are of average weight and that body is in complete proportion. I wish, not just girls but guys too, would learn to worship their figure.

Just because your friend is a measurement smaller does not automatically suggest you are the height of obesity. These people are looking for are a quick comment “Oh no you look fine” to satisfy their insecurities. Seriously attention hunting is not in this season “honey.” “Just don’t eat- it has worked wonders for me.” Fitting in a comment about an oh-so-terrible-weight-issue wherever is possible is bordering on the lines of desperation. Just listen to yourself, pretending to have an eating disorder, as such, is not cool. You look fine. It is not fair on those who actually do.

My informality has reached an all time low - apologies.
